BEST LOW CARB PASTA ON THE MARKET
I really enjoyed this pasta. Peteโs tastes exactly like regular pasta. The texture is slightly more chewy, but barely even noticeable. I boiled the pasta for about 18 minutes (instructions say 11-20 minutes), and it was perfectly al dente. It is so hard to find a good low carb pasta alternative, and this definitely hits the spot! Really love the amount of protein in this pasta as well. It initially seems like the serving size will be small by looking at the bag, but the pasta soaks up a lot of water, and because of the extra protein, it is extremely filling!! At 27 g of fiber per serving (Iโm assuming itโs insoluble fiber), this also aids with bowel movements, so really a win win all around. Yes, this pasta is EXTREMELY expensive, but if youโre a pasta lover who is on a keto diet or just wanting to watch carb intake, this pasta is BY FAR the best low carb protein pasta on the market.

Great new pasta option!
This pasta is great. It's good on carbs and calories, and actually tastes and has the texture of real pasta - not like some of the chick pea, shiritaki, or other pastas I've tried. It's expensive yes, but for a treat every so often, it's well worth the price. Highly recommend!

Delicious Low Carb that doesn't Spike Blood Sugar
Some are saying the pasta stays hard even though boiled for a long time. That is not true. Instructions say 13 - 20 minutes. At 20 minutes, the pasta softened nicely. Just in case I let go for 30 minutes. But I think that was to long . After letting it marinade in the meat sauce, it started coming apart. I used Extra virgin Olive oil in boiling water. It all turned out perfect! It didn't spike my blood sugar. Yay! I get to eat my favorite again! Pasta! ๐๐ Thank you Pete's l!

Healthy Alternative to regular pasta
Iโve tried all three shapes in this variety pack, and overall itโs a great option for anyone looking to cut carbs while increasing protein. The pasta cooks up well and holds its shape nicely, especially the penne and rotini, which work great with sauces. The texture is slightly different from traditional pastaโjust a bit firmerโbut still enjoyable once paired with a good sauce. The added protein is a big plus, making meals more filling and satisfying without feeling heavy. Pros: High in protein, low in carbs, holds shape well, good variety of shapes Cons: Texture is slightly firmer than regular pasta, flavor is best with sauce

Finally keto pasta that doesnโt taste like a compromise
Iโve tried every low-carb pasta alternative out there, and they all have the same problem: that rubbery, gummy, or just plain weird texture that reminds you with every bite that youโre not eating real pasta. Peteโs Pasta is the first one Iโve had that genuinely doesnโt have that problem. The flavor is clean, the texture holds up, and I actually enjoyed eating it โ not just tolerated it in the name of macros. Fair warning: it does take longer to cook than regular pasta, so read the instructions and donโt rush it. That extra time is worth it. When itโs done right, it tastes like the real thing. Iโve been on keto for two years and pasta has been the one thing I genuinely missed. Iโm not missing it anymore. Peteโs is the only pasta alternative Iโll be buying going forward โ I already have three more bags on the way. If youโre on the fence, just try it. Youโll understand after the first bowl.

Eating like Iโm cheating!
This pasta is really fantastic. I didnโt cook the first pack long enough, that was my fault. Says to boil 11-20 minutes, I did 15 minutes and thatโs not long enough. Second box I boiled noodles 24 minutes and they were perfect al dente. The texture and flavor were perfect after boiling them that long. I canโt believe how good it is for being so low carb. Yes, itโs expensive, but I love pasta and i love not being fat. This extra money is well spent and very tasty. Got to end this review so i can buy more! Peace out and get your body back and eat like youโre cheating.

Terrible texture, decent taste.
This is really a question of what is more important to you when it comes to how you like your keto friendly pasta. If it's the taste, you're golden with this brand. The taste is very close to regular pasta. If it's the texture, look elsewhere. It does not soften up and it's a little on the gritty/crumbly side no matter how long you boil it. I'm a texture kind of girl, so I'm going to have to pass on this brand in the future, because it is also rather expensive.

This is not pasta...
Stiff, hard to cook, does not taste like pasta at all. If you look at the pictures from their web site, it appears as though this product is just like regular pasta. It is not. Don't expect silky soft noodles, even after hours of cooking. I tried soaking over night, which softened them slightly, but the texture turned to mush. Don't expect to be able to twirl around your fork. They are more like little twigs than pasta. BUT... Though they do not taste like pasta, it's not a bad flavor at all. I kind of like it now. My initial disappointment came from unmet expectations. I really wanted an exact replica of genuine pasta that would not blast my blood sugar (I have type 1 diabetes). I wanted plates full of this pasta to look like the idyllic pictures on their web page. Once I let go of those pictures, I could appreciate the product for what it was: A noodle shaped, stiff, sort-of pasta. It will never be "fork-spinable" like real pasta. Let the dream of delicious zero carb pasta go and you can appreciate this stuff. These will not twirl on any fork. But, break the sticks into 1/3 or 1/4 length pieces, and they're great with cheese sauce or marinara. Expect to cook them twice as long as standard spaghetti; 30 mins minimum. Cooking them 6 hours won't change the consistency. They do not taste like pasta at all, but I like the unique buttery flavor. Would I buy again? You might be surprised when I say yes. This is a new food, with different texture and a new flavor. I'm still experimenting with it. I would encourage you to do the same, but I would not buy 3 boxes of the stuff to start. One is plenty.

Best low carb pasta
Great low carb pasta! Tastes great, good texture, nice packaging. Will be buying again when it's back in stock. I've tried some other konjac noodles and other low carb pastas, yes they were lower in carbs but the experience is just ruined with those. This is a 7g net carbs that's worth it.

A splurge for foods I'm missing!
I am on a low carb diet for various medical issues, but I was really missing pasta. I have only tried the elbow so far, but I loved it. I did find it raised my blood sugar a little bit, so I will have to eat it in moderation (I had approximately 1/4 of the package for each meal I ate). The taste was fine, very similar to real dried pasta. It took a fair bit longer than real pasta to cook, as it is much firmer. The macaroni is still quite al dente, even after cooking it for longer than the recommended al dente time (11-20 minutes stated on the package, I boiled it for about 14-15). It does not absorb water as well as normal pasta, either, so my sauce ended up a bit runny (next time I will drain it longer/better). I do wish they sold the spaghetti in Canada, but for now the smaller noodles will have to do. It is quite expensive, as I'm finding most keto foods are, over $16 for a package, which works out to just over $4 for each serving. Macaroni and cheese was so good after being missed for over a year, though!
