I'm trying to stick with glass for my drinkware and this is a good solution, the grippy bottom and ring around it are really nice too. It is a little delicate, so be aware to be gentle with it! Their customer service is top notch too!

The cup is super cute and works well for what I needed! I love my iced coffee in the afternoon but hate it sweating all over my desk, this was a great solution! Lid has small chip on outside rim, causing leak down the side of cup. These cups are nice to drink from, but I should have known better. I've had several over the years and none have ever lasted very long. This one leaked from the beginning. Big waste of money. Since it's such a time consuming hassle to get this kind of thing resolved through Amazon customer support, I was very happy when ecoBrew reached out to me and offered a full refund.

The tumbler is beautiful and does all the things it needs to do. I got it because it’s glass and double walled so it won’t sweat. Went to use it this morning and the glass is cracked on the inside! So disappointing! No idea how it even happened. Updating my review to reflect the amazing customer service from this seller. They sent a replacement tumbler and so far, so good. I’m extra careful with it and very hopeful! But, again, the follow up from the seller to make it right and give them another chance was really great. They went above and beyond. A+ customer service.
