I have a industrial piercing. I just got it. Anyone who knows about this kind of piercing knows they take a very long time to heal. Im talking 6 months to a year to heal. Thats a very long time not to be able to sleep on one side of rest your head when your laying down. So solution I thought could be this delightful donut pillow. And let me tell you I am so glad I got it. It hugs my head perfectly and my ear rests nicely in its hole. I can sleep comfortably now and it makes the healing process so much easier on me. Im glad I took a chance on it. I really am. Side notes: Im giving this 5 stars because it is a good little product and im grateful for it and it was very affordable. However dont expect it to be perfect. Its not. Its not sewn seamlessly but thats a very small thing. The decoration on it is cute but in some areas you can see flaws in it. But again very small nick pick things. Would buy again for sure.

I bought this because I have a healing set of ear lobe piercings that I really don't want to agitate (made that mistake once as a teen and I’m not repeating it) and I wanted a pillow that would keep my ear from getting smushed while lying down, but didn’t like how bland most of the purpose made pillows for ear piercings looked. This pillow absolutely delivers on all fronts. It’s comfy to lay on once you’ve broken it in after a few nights of use, the fabric is pleasant to the touch, it keeps my piercings from being laid on, it holds its shape well and it looks like a doughnut. (The OEKO-TEX certification was also a pleasant surprise given I have never seen that for a pillow at this price point before.) I cannot recommend this pillow enough to anyone who has healing ear piercings or likes cute things and I plan to keep it on my bed even after it’s safe to sleep without it once more.
