Edit; received refund. The seller states I possibly received a bad batch with a slicker finish and different adhesive.Used on a painted handle, roughed the surface up with medium grit sandpaper even, adhesion is meh, especially on any contoured surface. Resolvable with superglue but shouldn't need that.The grip tape itself doesn't feel anything like every other grip tape. It's slick, which kind of defeats the purpose. I was expecting grip tape like you'd get on a skateboard or anything else for that matter.I'd give it 1 star if it wasn't made in the US.

I ordered 2 hex grip sheets.Didn’t exactly get that. The first sheet is only textured, not much grip actually and the 2nd sheet was gloss black hex pads - not usable and since returns are an absurd exercise, I threw that sheet away therefore the one usable sheet just cost me double.

The group is like a polymer plastic, not like skateboard grip tape. Does not add anymore grip than my fingers do to the back or sides of a phone. Still easier to not use this product.
