The most unique training aid I have ever seen
I have been teaching my children how to play ping pong, so I was really intrigued when I saw this training "robot". I really wouldn't call it a robot, since it isn't powered by batteries or any type of electricity. But it does have one very useful purpose. It's great for teaching my children how to put various types of spin on their shots. I can show them how I would hit the ball and how it spins, and then have them practice the same shots. After using this for an hour, my daughter's skill level was noticeably better. I don't think this product would help someone who is an experienced player, but it can definitely help a beginner improve faster than they would without it.

Ball broke
The product works fine but the ball broke. The little metal piece where the spoke sticks in got pushed into the ball and now the ball doesn't spin well. Where do I find replacement balls to buy?

Nice trainer
The media could not be loaded. I've seen these kind of training devices to develop spin technique and finally got this one. I like that it's compact and can be stored away easily. The bottom has a kind of suction mechanism but it's also got a SUPER STICKY bottom. I almost thought I was going to break it the first time I tried to remove it. The neck is adjustable and very stiff so it'll hold its position well. The ball action is very smooth and free-turning, so the whole thing works quite well. The catch is, if your a newbie trying to learn how to properly impart spin, you have no idea if you're doing it right or wrong or what technique to use. There's no accompanying directions or tips. You can get it to spin just by hitting it, but how do you know you're doing it right? Technically, I'm trying to learn how to do it in pickleball, but I figure the motion is pretty similar.
