This has a quality adhesive that didn't irritate the skin and stayed in place! I kept it on nearly 2 weeks and even ordinary friction of pulling garments on and off over the tape didn't make it lose its form ,shape, or adhesion. This is more affordable than KT tape too; which is great because I use half a box at once covering all the areas that need it! I use OK tape for Lymphedema. My physical therapist recommends taping to keep the lymph ducts open too prevent congestion of fluids and infection from settling in. So far the advice works in my case. I cut each strip into 3 sections leaving an anchor at the top and the Ok tape doesn't run or split as a result of that type of cutting technique. Just another reason it is #1 and most excellent in my opinion. My chiropractor also uses this brand for taping her patients . I was hooked after she helped me use the tape one week in session. For injury or for preventative medicine( like in my case), or for chronic conditions this brand is Fantastic! It also holds up well in showering. One week I showered with the aide of cast covers and another week without. The tape was wet without cast covers; but it dried off in time and none fell off! Very Impressive! Going back to stock up on more!

Works great for athletes! Stayed in place during a 5 hour tournament. The pre cut pull apart feature is very convenient. The price is great as well! This is our new go to for athletic tape.

I have used exercise tape in the past and have been helped by it. This tape does not provide enough support and comes off fairly easily.

OK TAPE Kinesiology tape is a wonderful product. From the great packaging to the feel of the tape, it's a quality sports tape. The precut pieces easily remove from the backing and adhere strongly from the start. The pieces are flexible and easily arrange how you need to place them. I have a patellar issue that causes my kneecap to move. Tape helps keep it in place, but many have caused skin irritation. The OK tape doesn't do that, I can keep it on for 2-3 days, it's still holding tightly and no skin issues where it was placed. It provides great support without moving or slipping, it really stays in place.

I bought this to use on my knee and I wish the pre-cuts were a little longer for the knee design for relieving swelling. Adhesion is good so if the length is OK for you and is a quality product.
