Brown details cuts all charm down for me. I have sensitive skin so metal zips are truly killing and I had to take main zip out as it's teeth was large and was harming my skin which sometimes gets close to dermatitis or something so I must avoid harming it. Pockets are nice but small and not strechy so very little fits in them, they do not have anything to close, clasp them so small notebook from first two small pockets can be easily taken out on a bus... If to put many things inside, bag becomes puffy and it is more difficult to put something into small pockets.... smaller zip compartment for purse is in front not near body - not good. Strap is a bit too narrow - I feel weight of my bag much more than using another brand similar bag. Designers has what to improve thinkin about person who must carry a lot, but in general it is what I could choose as rest are too thin, not black, less compartments.
