Danish Blue Cheese - Approx. 6 Lb-Wheel or (3lb 2 wheels)

It was becoming difficult to find blocks of blue cheese (stores only seem to be selling crumbles), so even though this purchase was 6lbs, I bought it and shared it with friends.This is the real thing - genuine imported Danish blue: smooth, melt-in-the-mouth creamy, and deliciously salty. I'll be coming back for more of this

This is among the best bleu cheese (flavor, texture, color, piquant tartness) I have ever discovered.And the dollars/ounce ratio is somehow less expensive than competitors.Even at double the price, this cheese is worth every penny.

It's 88 degrees outside, but the cheese arrived nice and cold. The cheese is quite tangy and delicious. Just dice a tomato and crumble some blue cheese on top. BTW, my approx 6 lbs wheel was 6.86 lbs.

Game changer for salads, dressings and sauces. This is less expensive and better quality than buying the tiny containers at the grocery store each week . I bought these Danish blue cheese wheels to put crumbled chunks into my husbands salads. He loves it! It’s creamy yet it crumbles, and is blue cheese yummy. The 2 cheese wheels arrived very well packaged in dry ice to my doorstep in good time.

worst blue cheese ever. this is the second on that I ordered and it is not the same brand as ordered before. do not buy!

Lots of plain creamy cheese without much “blue”. Still, very good flavor. And since most of mine is made into dip and dressing, the above observation is irrelevant.

Fantastic! Best danish blue I’ve ever purchased! Bought two. Plan to buy more soon. Stores well in refrigeration.

This is a little too dry for my taste and the flavor is not my personal favorite, but it's good and it's certainly a good value when you look at the prices of other bleu cheeses. It keeps well, frozen, so I cut it into small wedges, wrapped them individually in plastic and packed them into the freezer, and now I can have a bleu cheese treat when I like that's still fresh, at a bargain price.
