So pleased
Like others said the instructions are laughable. You have to figure out a few things for yourself. Let’s break down what other reviewers didn’t mention. 1. The random white item you can blow up goes on top of the water to hold either one of your covers up off the water. 2. You have two covers: one for insulation (the dark grey) one for cover against debris (the white) 3. You’ll look at the bottom of the tub and see a small drain. It’s connected to the jets. You don’t fill it with air to cushion your bottom. You simply fill the tub with water and the air from your motor/filter goes through it to create your bubbles. 4. The heating element turns off when you run the jets. They don’t run at the same time. (At least this is what I’ve read- judging by how much the temp goes down I am convinced of this) It’s surpingly sturdy, I wasn’t sure what to expect but the material is really thick so when you add air it doesn’t shift around. You sit directly on the floor of the tub and the water (for a women) reaches up my neck. It’s got great depth. We put insulation board under it for comfort and put inside a hoop house greenhouse we also got on Amazon. It took a night and day to reach temp (mid winter) so that is definitely the hardest part waiting for the initial warm up. All in all we are so happy with this purchase and enjoy it every night. My little family of four fits in it fine, (2 adults 2 kids).

Excellent quality! Made to last!
Absolutely a gem! I have loved using it. It was easy to set up and get running. All the pieces came with it. Purchasing anything extra was unnecessary. Love it!

Nice hot tub, pump defective
This is my second Saluspa. Since they are plastic they will only last 2 or 3 years . The price has increased by $209. Since my last purchase. It is easy to set up. We set this up and were waiting for the temp to get too 102 degrees and the pump just quit . We have not gotten a replacement and the company is not quick to respond to our request for replacement. I will not purchase from them again. It has been a big hassle .

Great product. But come with a hole.
Tub works great. Heater is excellent. Only down side was the hot tub came with a small hole from the factory on one side. Looked like it got scraped or something. We patched it once we found the hole with the patch that came with the tub and it fixed. Now it works great. Up date we patched it and it worked for a week. Then the hot tub started to deflate again slowly. The patch looks like it is holding so there must be another hole from the factory we didn’t find the first time around. All in all the hot tub if it would stay pumped up would be great. However it is highly disappointing that these holes came from the factory and we cannot seem to keep the tub inflated.

Great Value and Relaxation in a Compact Size
This inflatable hot tub was super easy to set up and heats up nicely. The 110 air jets give a surprisingly strong and relaxing bubble massage. Fits two adults comfortably—three is a bit tight. The insulated cover helps keep the water warm and saves energy. Only minor downsides: the jets are a bit noisy, and there are no built-in seats. Overall, a great portable spa for the price!

Worth Every Penny
We live in a 3 story townhome with a 4th floor deck (no yard). We talked about getting a regular hot tub but we would need a crane to get it to the top. Then you have to figure out how much weight it would be, etc. After watching several videos on YouTube and reading reviews, we decided to purchase this one. There is only one issue that we haven't figured out what causes the thermostat to get reset, but it hasn't really impacted us. We bought the energy saving cover and we are all in for 1/10 of what the other would have cost us. Morning coffee in the hot tub at day break is wonderful!

Amazing Hot Tub For The Price! I Highly Recommend It!
I went with the Saluspa Aruba and I do not have anything bad I can say! It was easy to set up (follow the YouTube videos), it’s comfortable, I’m 5’4 and my feet barely touch the other side when laying back on the saluspa pillow. It fits my space perfectly and looks beautiful in my sunroom with matching decor. I have Fibromyalgia and Psoriatic Arthritis so this tub really is medically necessary and cheaper than what I’d pay yearly to do Aquatic Therapy in a heated pool. If you are serious about getting a hot tub but can not afford the hard wall tubs this hot tub is exactly what you should get!!!

Not worth the money!!!
Will not last you more than 18 months. It has been kept immaculate. Maintained and under cover. The motor is throwing. E02 code. I have done everything including taking it apart and backwashing.
