Best keto pasta we’ve ever had!
I e been on keto for several years and I’m always looking for new foods. Pasta has always been a dead end. Pete’s changed that! The texture, color and taste are exceptional in the keto market. This is our go-to pasta from now on!

Keto pasta that ACTUALLY tastes normal
Forget the palmini, forget the gross white slimy mystery stuff, and forget the weird aftertaste & texture. This is actual low carb high protein pasta that actually tastes like regular pasta. The only noticeable difference is that it takes longer to cook (rather than 10-12 minutes, it took mine about 20 minutes to get the right texture). My only wish is that they’d add some more varieties (ziti & lasagna noodles please!). As someone on a keto diet for the past couple years, it’s awesome to find a product like this that I’ve avoided for a couple years, without sacrificing taste & texture

The Best I have Found
In the world of keto, it's all about try, try, and try again. Well, surprise, surprise, surprise! This pasta is actually good. Now, there is no substitute for semolina Italian pasta, but this is at least the best keto pasta I have found or made.Taste - fairly neutralTexture - smoothTenderness - a bit toothyThe first time I cooked it I boiled it for about 15 minutes (10 is the recommended max) and it came out just under al dente, but it seems to hold up much better than others, so you could go longer.It does take on the sauce really well, so, overall, I would say we have a winner.So, until something better comes along, this is my go to even though it is pricey. But hey, how much is your health worth?

Taste and texture are excellent! Great option for low carb pasta. Only knocked 1 star off because it’s pricey.

Love it!
This so far is the best low carb pasta I have purchased. It does say cook 11 to 20 mins but I did more like 25 mins. So it does take a while to get it to cook to a texture I was happy with but other than cook time absolutely no complaints. The texture, flavor, shape and color are just like full carb pasta. I had left overs and they warmed up nicely and never got mushy. They are pricey but I am willing to pay more for great low carb pasta so that I can eat the same as my family. Highly recommend

My new favorite pasta
If I had the choice of eating any pasta, it would be this brand. The way it tastes, the texture and the flavor it holds gives this pasta everything one needs to be happy with their meal.If you boil it , wait for it to go al dente then drain it and put in your sauce and let it soak up the sauce in the pot instead of using water. The way the pasta absorbs liquid is a little different than typical pasta and it holds on to the flavor in a way that makes the pasta more flavorful than the usual stuff. If you let it sit overnight and reheat it the next day, you will quickly know why this is my new favorite brand.
