I’ve worn dungarees (overalls) for a good decade now and finding a pair that fit nicely is a constant challenge, with me sending more than a handful back on account of poor fit. That’s not the case for these ones though, which are nothing short of a beautiful fit! I ordered 34W/32L, which is a size up from my usual waist-size as I prefer a looser fit. The leg length is on the more generous side but I suspect that might go down a little after a few washes though, in truth, isn’t an issue for me anyway. The colour is more of a washed/slightly faded black or charcoal grey than pitch-black, just for those of you who might be after something closer to pure black. The metallic fixtures do perhaps feel ever so slightly on the cheaper side, but I’ve not had any reason to suspect that any of them might be on the cusp of imminent failure. All in all, I’ve found these to be superb value for money and I quite simply adore them!! You should be aware, too, that the legs are baggy. They don't look as trim as those on the fellow in the picture. Every time I buy dickies on Amazon they’re all different sizes. The dungarees are good quality, built sturdy and everything you expect from dickies. They lost the star because they’re longer than they should be.
