Better than original.
I was tightening the plastic knob that originally came on my mixer and it broke. I ordered these as replacement and they are way better than the original. First, they’re metal and not plastic, second, they are bigger and easier to turn. They fit my KitchenAid mixer perfectly. I have no worries of breaking this one.
