Fanastic yet challenging game!
I was a little hesitant to try this game as i knew nothing of it, but i loved it!It's not a traditional turn based game which i loved. I didn't find the battle mechanics that comfusing. You get A LOT of play time out of it. The art style is great, the areas and world design was fantastic, the music is beautiful, i loved it! I also did not use the seemingly recommended set up but mostly beat it okay, so on that noteMy only downsides were, towards the end there was a major spike in difficulty, a lot of the post game stuff was impissible for me. But also, there were a few bosses but two in particular that were very broken. One i was stuck on for about 30-45 minutes as it kept full healing, thus wasting all my resources for the final boss. The second was one where it spammed paralysis/sleep moves, which hit my whole team, and it has no cool down to not do so, so that was not funOtherwise, a surprisingly challenging but very fun RPG!

Decent JRPG.
Good enough JRPG with a decent battle mechanic. The usual tropes become clear quite quickly. The Food system is odd because foods only work for one battle. Save the ones with good HP UP for boss fights, they can make all the difference. The Over-world in interesting with no random battles so exploring is easy. You get a very unique mechanic as a reason to explore. The characters are ok but veterans will have met this lot a thousand times before. It is almost a parody. Same for the 'baddies'.

Love it
Awesome, just like I am setsuna very much in the style of final fantasy IX. Great story and battle mechanics

Great game; bad seller
Great game, but I wouldn't recommend the seller - poorly packaged with the disc loose and scratched inside the case; fortunately it seems to work even with the scratches. But even worse were the two massive aftermarket stickers they placed on the rear side of the case itself which I tried to remove, but now have horrible residue left because of them. Not impressed. The outer plastic wrap wasn't the official Sony one and so I am also wondering if the game is truly of New condition - how else could they get their stickers on the case?

Five Stars
Enjoyable RPG. A much larger game than 'I am Setsuna' with a large post game experience.

Used not a new product
My mistake for assuming this was a new product since It does not list it as new or used. Case was scratched under the plastic in a used manor with dried water droplets inside the case. Game looks clean tho. Posting this for collectors who want "brand new" and not "as new product" so buyer beware. This is not a rating on the actual game itself.

JRPG muy bueno, como eran en los 90
Buen juego, con buenas mecánicas , buen apartado visual, homenaje a los JRPG de antaño. Me lo entregaron antes de la fecha estimada.

Nice graphics but brought down by average characters and a below average story
The game brings back memories of older turn-based rpgs but the story is ridiculous and the characters don't really standout from your typical jrpg stereotypes. For a hardcore jrpg fan you might like the nostalgic game play and the graphics are nice, but there are many other turn-based rpgs with better stories and more memorable characters.
