Review: Excellent couch covers. - I have been wanting to purchase covers for the couch for what seems like forever. But, every time I searched it was either not the right size, color or design. Most of the stretchable covers have a criss-cross weave pattern which I did not want. These are more in tune with what my original cushions are like which is a huge plus. My cushions were slightly larger than the measurements and the covers worked perfectly. These covers are soft like my original cushions...very comfortable. And, my cats for some reason are lying on the couch all the time now...they love the fabric too I guess. As for durability so far so good. I have a kitten that runs around like a nascar driver all over the couch and no rips or tears. I do not have dogs so cannot attest to that. But, in general it has remained clean, no tears, it has stayed on (no adjustments) and is soft and comfortable. I usually cover my cushions with blankets (to protect them) so when someone came over they were afraid to sit down on the couch as they thought it wasn't covered and I told them, no these are couch covers you can sit down. LOL! Now that is all the testimony I need that they look like the read deal. I ordered the taupe...how it holds up long term will see as I contemplated on buying the dark brown instead, but still happy with my choice.

I happened to find these on desertcart and was so excited because they're sooo much cheaper. Our couch is really large so I had to buy a set with the chaise cover and an extra set of additional seat covers. They fit well, so the sizing was on point and the color is perfect. I really didn't think I'd find any covers with such a close color-match to our couch. The fabric is very soft. It has that velvet type texture where when you swipe it one way the fabric looks dark and when you swipe the opposit way the fabric looks light. I haven't had to do much cleaning on it yet so I can't comment much on that but it doesn't seem like it'll be hard to clean. Plus you can remove them and throw them in the washer, which is great. So far they've been doing a great job at protecting our couch from my messy boyfriend and our dog's nails. I'm tempted to buy another set for when these wear out. Overall, I would highly recommend these.

**Q: Will the cushion covers also work for the pillows on the back of couch?**
A: I think that they might work if the pillows are not attached to the couch.  But only one face of the pillow will be covered.  The other face will be exposed.  The pillows on the back of my couch are attached, so I did not use the covers for the back of the couch.

**Q: how do you order the 4 inch cushions**
A: Inquire with the customer service

**Q: We currently slide off our new leather couch.  Will these slip covers for the seat cushions help with that?**
A: Yes, it will keep you from sliding off.  We use them for our buck leather couch to protect the leather from grandchildren mishaps.  Just take them off and throw in the washer.

**Q: My cushion do not lift up will this still work?**
A: I guess it would depend on how much of an edge you have to work with. Thicker would be better.  Personally I have suspenders underneath the cushions, hooking the cover on the back side so they can't move.  But I also have a 140 lb dog that jumps up and down my couch. Lol
