There is no right or wrong to this product. It was charged as soon as I open up the box. Very easy to use and I love the way it follows me when I’m doing my get ready videos. I can attach it to any tripod. Love the carry case that comes with it. If your looking for something that easy to use and you move around a lot when your creating content this is for you. You get what you pay for, and this was my second choice because the first purchase was on the cheap end and it failed the test

This thing is pretty cool, it’s so simple looking yet such an advancement on the usual camera stuff. It makes it possible to film yourself by yourself but seem like you have a professional cameraman behind the lens. It does a good job of following you walking back and forth as you move freely not worrying about staying in the shot. If you want to take videos to the next level then this is a good toy for sure. Easy connect, and ready to go. Recommend a tall tripod to go with this.
