For reason unknown, this product is shipped WITHOUT A PUMP to get the product out of the bottle. In the past a pump was provided. Now, at a higher price, the product is shipped without one. The product itself is great. I have been using it for years. But, to me it seems pure evil to ship a great and expense product without something necessary to properly use it.

Absolutely amazed at how amazing my hair, and scalp feels after only a few days. My hair is softer than ever, more tamed than ever, and it looks flawless without effort. Ive always used high end hair products, and this product absolutely is incredible. I use the seaweed shampoo and conditioner with the b&b grooming cream. Any men or women with medium length hair who want perfect hair, this is the routine.
