PS3 controllers on PS2 without external power
Worked perfectly with my PS2 to connect my PS3 controllers. Simply plug the Dualshock 3 controller into the USB port like you would to a PS3 and off and going. No noticable lag. While this is about $10 more than the 8bitdo variant, I couldn't get 8bitdo to work with the PS3 controller which seems like a HUGE miss by that company. Wouldn't be needed if I had a PS3 that was backward compatible, but this is a great option to not be tethered to the console.

PS2 Heaven
This is the best thing ever invented for PS2, after the PS2 itself. It works perfectly, and it looks cool. Now I can use the awesomeness that DualSense is, not having to pay 100+ dollars for genuine PS2 controllers.

Oh yea !!
Works great on my PS2 Slim (77001) using a PS4 dualshock controller. The included instructions aren't much use. Watch a couple of videos on Youtoob. My range is at least 15' and the PS2 is in a closet without direct line of sight. It still works great. Don't know why I waited so long to get this. No noticeable lag... no sound or screen distortion... games play 100% normal. And games seem easier to play. No more worn out or glitchy OEM controllers... no more cheap 3rd party wired controllers. Classic games, new wireless controller - Nirvana.UPDATE: works so good, I got a 2nd one so the wife & I can race each other. The best 3rd party accessory I've ever owned.

Works great
I do not notice much lag at all with this accessory! I connected it to my ps5 controller, although could only connect it with the Bluetooth mode. Wired mode would just not work for some reason. It is easy to use after though as you just turn on the console and the controller, so no reconnecting. It doesn’t feel cheap and is great for what you pay for.

Nice addition to ps1 and ps2
You would be hard fought to find a better adapter for new controllers. No issues and the build quality is solid compatible with all my controllers.

Took a Minute to Figure Out, But I'm In Love
The media could not be loaded. I'm absolutely adoring this item right now! I wanted a wireless controller to use on the PS2 in our bedroom (to not make a circus from a cord), and at first I tried an off brand PS3 controller that I had issues with, but my PS5 controller connected easy! I do have to mention I rewatched the beginning part of the store page video multiple times, but currents meds give me confusion 😅 but knowing the difference between the white, blue, & green lights is important as to WHY they appear. I have not messed with turbo or remapping, as I am not too interested in investigating that far.I love not having to worry about buying a quality used PS2 controller anymore- I can use new technology. I swear my movement in Resident Evil Outbreak felt so smooth upgrading to the PS5 controller, even after the first play. Highly recommended, especially if you want a more comfortable or weighted controller.

DualSense to PS2? Don't mind if I do!
Works perfectly, no complains from me

PS3, PS4, PS5 controllers won't work wirelessly
I bought this so that I could use PS4 controller wirelessly on my PS2 console. I followed all of the instructions. The Wingman PS2 receives power, the green light flashes, I plug my PS4 controller into it with USB cable and it recognizes it and it works when it's attached with the USB cable. But when I try to unplug it and use it wirelessly it will NOT pair with the PS4 controller. The green light just flashes on the Wingman PS2 and the light just flashes on the PS4 controller. I also tried using both PS3 and PS5 controllers and same result. It will NOT pair and work wirelessly.I even downloaded the latest firmware from their website and the Wingman PS2 device displayed that it already had the latest firmware. Plus, something else I didn't like even though I didn't need it...if you needed to power the Wingman PS2...which I did not need to...you have to use a cable with micro-USB connection and they don't provide one. $40 and they don't provide the cable? Really? So sending it back and getting a refund.I had already tried the 8Bitdo PS2 converter and in general that one worked great EXCEPT with certain games it didn't work at all and their support team said they are working to improve that, but in meantime I had to send that one back, too, since it's useless if it won't work with one of my favorite PS2 games.Guess I have to look for yet another option.
