First off, it's a great idea to help replace full face silicone type CPAP mask. Durability to be see as I use. Lifeexpectancy of mask is only 30 days. I don't know if insurance/Medicare will pay for monthly masks. Usuallythey only pay for 4-6 month new masks. My first problem was both masks, packed in one too small of a boxNo protective padding for the mask. Thus both masks were damaged in transit. Amazon packers smashedone end of Flimsy box as the packed larger items in the shipping box. Now the damage was it crushed thespecial memory foam. So the manufacture, needs to (1) make bigger box, (2) put some padding in their box,(because it's made in China), (3) better instructions, like a brand of CPAP mask wipes. Not just say nonalcohol type. Because there about 30+ brands of wipes, (4) they need to add to the instructions, if thefoam padding is dented, I let them sit foam up and the foam expanded on it own in 24 hrs. I the used andit was comfortable and sealed any air leaks. The Durability and cost could be a major problem for fixedincome patients, as I'm one.

Bought this set of masks because it seemed like a good value for 2. Had to return them. Do not recommend buying. They don’t help creat a good seal and air leaks out. On the first night, when trying to get a good deal around the nose and mouth, the foam started to come off. Will not buy this brand again.

I had been buying the ones from the mask manufacturer. They were ripping in the seam on the nose part. Only getting 3 weeks to a month out of each cushion. These are not giving me any problems and seal well on my face.

What I thought was going to be an improvement turned out to be very frustrating. The last thing us Apnea sufferers need is a leaking mask while trying to get to sleep. I was very disappointed. In order to get them to work I had to tear off the foam just to keep it from leaking. I guess it's back to regular masks.

I bought these to have when I needed them, and when I finally tried them it was too late to return them, and I discovered there is an edge of silicone along the inside of the foam, which defeats the purpose, at least for me, of ordering a cushion with memory foam. It is sticky and uncomfortable. It probably helps with the seal, but I found it too uncomfortable to use.

As much as I hate my c-pap, going on four years now, this mask makes it a little better. I don’t have a lot of money so durability is important to me. First mask only lasted 3 1/2 months and the padding tore off the hard plastic. The second one is now at about the same length of time and is still holding up well. Really not loud at all if you know what I mean.

After using the mask, on the fourth day my nose was very marked and irritated.I thought that the mask may have been too tight but that was not the case, rather these masks have an internal tab that does not allow it to sit correctly and is painful.I used the original mask again and on the second day the lesion disappeared.Después de utilizar la mascarilla, al cuarto día tenía muy marcada e irritada la nariz.Pensé que posiblemente estuviese muy ajustada la mascarilla pero no fué así, sino que estas mascarillas tienen una lengueta interna que no le permite asentarse correctamente y lastima.Volví a usar la mascarilla original y al segundo día desapareció la lesión.
