Maybe few years back, I would never even look at these, but now, These are heaven. They are crunchy so they are great with tea or coffee, they look fine and acceptable, they have low carb, low to low medium sugar, and have chocolate inside and no other filling. Calorie of course is OK but not the greatest, but most importantly they taste good. We are talking about cookies that are made with almond flour and contain low sugar and have minimal carb, so usually the expectation is they should taste awful, but these dont taste awful. They do not taste like your standard cookie, but they are definitely above average cookies.
