Not sure how it works as it does calm one and seems to give energy at the same time. I can't take it before bedtime as it keeps me awake. Highly recommend this! Since I have a sensitive system is why I can't take more.

I like that this is a liquid supplement that I can easily add to my water. One dropperful in water does not have much of a taste, but if you are to taste it, it is pleasantly sweet! That was a nice suprise, as most liquid supplements taste pretty horrible. The price is great for a 45 day supply.
