What is shelf life these?

I have had bottles of liquid smoke for over a year and it is still "smoky" I usually buy 6 large bottles at a time...so keep it around.

What are the ingredients in this liquid smoke?

I'm pretty certain it's just water and condensate of smoke from burning hickory. Also vinegar, molasses and salt. Hope that helps
