I was surprised to find that the grass shears are extremely sharp. Took care of trimming the grass in one pass. Just wish you could buy the grass shear blades without have to buy the hedge trimmer blade.

Product has never failed me. The case allows me to keep all the tools together! Love that it came with 2 batteries, but I have yet run out of power with one. You definitely need to clean the blades after use and be sure they are completely dry before you put them away because the blade will rust.

Great gadget to take care of details in hard to reach areas when cutting the lawn. These replacement blades are reasonably priced allowing me time to resharpen the worn out set.

I was surprised when I received this product and found out it was only the blades, not the trimmer itself. I have done this a couple of time before where I've bought products without carefully checking the description, so I went back to see if I did this once again. But in my defense, after re-reading the description, I didn't feel it was abundantly clear the item is for the blades only.So, this is pretty useless for me unless I purchase the trimmer. I'm not sure if I want to spend the money on the equipment and am a bit disappointed that the description is mildly deceptive IMO. I will take some blame for this, but not full blame.So, since I can't test these blades, I can't attest to their safety features, battery life, or usefulness. I didn't want to ding the seller for my oversight, so have given 4 stars for these ratings. But I will give 3 stars for the overall rating because I don't think the description is clear that the equipment is not included. The blades seem sharp to me, but I have no way of testing them without spending money. My husband is not fond of battery powered lawn tools, so I don't think he would want to spring for a battery powered trimmer because it would probably be smaller and less powerful than he would want to use.

I didn't realize when I ordered these that it was only the blades. It does say "only 2 blades" in the product title. The blades do seem pretty sharp, but I won't know anything further until I've purchased the hedge trimmer to go with them. I'll update after that.
