This device can be one of the best cool mist humidifiers. I’m honestly very satisfied with it. We bought it because our three-year-old daughter used to get frequent nosebleeds, and it has really helped a lot. It’s very easy to use when I turn it on, it looks nice, and I only use purified water in it. I’ve had it for a long time and I haven’t had any issues at all. It works perfectly, is truly excellent, and makes absolutely no noise. If you’re looking for a cool mist humidifier, I definitely recommend buying this one.

I bought for my plants and it works absolutely perfectly for it. Its quite and its lasted while being on constantly. Its in my living room and quiet where it doesnt bother us while watching a movie. Super easy to clean and maintain. Very easy to use.

Some helpful hints I found have helped to keep this humidifier working. First, make sure the tape and Styrofoam block are removed from the product. Second, when filling the tank, make sure that room temp water is added, especially the for the first time. Hot water may damage the seal. Third, do not fill water above the MAX level. The extra weight may cause leaks in the seal. Fourth, all small humidifiers like this will get bacteria/mold if not cleaned every 2-3 days. It is the nature of having water heating up for days without cleaning. If you don't like cleaning it every three days, understand that there will be mold/bacteria inside the base's small tank. It's just that simple. Cleaning is easy, but it takes some time to thoroughly clean the unit. ... and fifth, make sure NO water gets in the part that looks like a tower on the base's smaller tank. A small amount will flood the air intake and the electronics' board. This will mess up the controls. If it does happen, use a blow dryer on low to try and dry the board at the base of the unit. Otherwise, a couple of days should dry it out. If it isn't severely flooded, it may still work. Also, NEVER put anything but water in the tank when in use. Vicks, scented oils, or anything else will wreck this humidifier. The only thing I use in the tank is white vinegar to clean and descale it, but after that kind of cleaning, I rinse it out thoroughly and then dry it completely. Keep in mind, tap water is not the best water to use (lots of minerals) which is why white dust from this humidifier can go everywhere in the home and stick to the inside areas of the humidifier. Best to use distilled water or at least buy a demineralizing cartridge if using tap water (they last 4-6 months). Hope these helpful hint work for your humidifier. Took a lot of trial and error beforehand, but once I used this information, there hasn't been an issue yet with my Dreo humidifier or any of my previous humidifiers. Best of luck UPDATE: I started to have some issues with dust just like what others have be experiencing. I contacted Dreo by email and customer rep, Carol Hesung, was able to help resolve the problem. While suggesting that distilled water is the best way to combat the dust, I mentioned it wouldn't work out for me due to the high cost of distilled water per month. Carol understood and offered a complete refund for this unit and for the larger unit I purchased. Not only that, the demineralizing cartridge filter (3-pack) I bought was also refunded. Carol said there was no need to return any of these products. Not only was I pleasantly surprised with this outcome, it proved to me that Dreo is all about making it right for the customer if problems arise. With the actions Dreo has made, I will definitely recommend them and make future purchases from this company. Their customer service has been stellar and I wish other businesses would follow their lead. The Dreo team puts customers first and that is one of their best services offered. Thank you Dreo and thank you Carol. I was able to set the Dreo up quickly and finally get some moister back into my room. So far, this is product is working very well. It is super quiet, compact and easy to take apart, clean and put back together. There are many easily operated controls for such a small unit. 4L is quite small for my living room, but for a small bedroom, this will do the trick. I am pleased with the looks, the style, the easy operation, the light system, but most of all the steam output and the way you can direct the steam is an added bonus. If this can last as long as my old humidifier of 9 years, then I will be that loyal customer only to Dreo for sure. It really is a good humidifier even for its smaller footprint. Definitely recommend.

Overall great humidifier. Easy to use and easy to clean. It lasts all night. The size is a bit small for a large room but still works great!

I ordered this because I have a 5 year old daughter that seems to always be sick. She catches every cold, virus, really any sickness that goes around. We got it because we were hoping it would help with her constant stuffy noses and sore throats. And it has helped a lot! She doesn’t complain when she wakes up in the morning anymore about her throat being dry or hurting. Her nasal congestion has drastically reduced. She even seems to be getting over illnesses quicker. We have a smallish room, not majorly small but not big either. We can use it on level 2 or 3 and it works great. It’s easy to turn on and adjust. And there’s even a tray you can add essential oils into! It does hold a whole gallon of water, maybe even a little more, and depending on what setting you use will determine how often you have to fill it. If we use it on setting 2, it will last us 2-3 nights of continuous running through the night as we only use it when we sleep. If we use it on the 3rd setting, we get 1 night of use before we have to refill it. It does have an auto shut-off function and will shut off once the water level gets too low. It’s relatively easy to clean and comes with cleaning instructions and a brush to clean it with. My child is also getting her tonsils removed next month, and we believe this will help a lot with her recovery from that as well as it will help keep her throat from drying out. All in all I’m very happy with this purchase and will purchase another one should this one ever quit working. We’ve had it for a little over a month now and so far it’s still going strong.

Fantastic humidifier for keeping a living room very humid. I call myself a bit of a froggy lady I like a humid and cool room. This humidifier will last over night maybe even longer on a full tank. The tank is quite large. You can fit it on a little side table for a cute night light even. I love the blue color it helps me sleep at night because I feel so safe with it on. I originally bought this for my cat with asthma who unfortunately passed away but it was a great deal for only $30 you can’t beat it. I’ve had it for several months and it’s pretty easy to clean you just pop open the tank and wipe it out with a moist towel or paper cloth. The top will collect dust around the edge so you have to wipe that part too. Eventually some strange red residue will collect inside the tank so wipe it out after every use. This humidifier is easy to understand the settings you only have to press a touch button. There is no physical button but a touch sensitive button. I think the functionality is probably good for old people who don’t understand technology. There’s no noise at all I sleep very fine with it on. My old humidifier makes a lot of noise when the water lowers and it’s a Honeywell a name brand. So this is much cheaper and a better value for your money. Better even than the leading brand.

Je l adore . J utilise de l eau déminéralisée pour ne pas abîmer le plastique . On sait régler l orientation au dessus pour l envoie de l humidité dans la direction souhaitée . L appareil ne fait aucun bruit . On peut le mettre en mode nuit : il n y a pas de bruit qui nous empêcherait de dormir ! Je le recommande. J ai trouvé derrière l appareil : un compartiment où on peut mettre qq goutte d huile essentielle dedans ( voir photo ) : comme ça on ne doit pas mettre l huile directement en contact avec l eau . La diffusion de l huile se fait sentir malgré tout . Il y a 2 autres tampons de remplacement dans la boîte pour d autres odeurs et une petite brosse pour le nettoyage de l appareil. Cette appareil est top et m a permit de moins tousser quand j avais la gorge très sèche . Je vous le recommande vivement

Muy satisfecha con el producto, la funcion de humidificar el ambiente se cumple a cabalidad, tiene una gran potencia de vapor, dura toda la noche sin apagarse con la capacidad que tiene. Como difusor de aroma no se siente mucho, pero a lo mejor tiene que ver con las fragancias que escogimos. Muy recomendado
