The case itself is very nice and the leather is soft to touch as well in handling it (opening/closing etc.). The phone popped right in to the built-in frame without much effort. I gave only two stars because the glass protective screen has a manufacturing defect in that it won't stick to the phone's screen (I did clean and prepare the screen with provided alc swab and chamois before attempting to apply the protective screen). I wrote to the supplier about my issue hoping that they would respond with some kind of resolution, but no reply so far. For now my wife is holding on to it to avoid the hassle of returning it etc. Not a responsible supplier, though. UPDATE on two weeks after initial post:I am updating my rating for my experience to five stars since the seller has contacted me and agreed to refund to me the cost of a replacement glass screen which I ordered separately. They were very polite and appeared to be intent on my full satisfaction. I totally understand that production defects do happen, and the case itself is very nice and supple. The flap works very well, and I hope it will last us the life of the phone.

Exactly as described, both by seller and in the reviews. True, it doesn’t close completely if you put a few cards in, but that’s to be expected. Still, it closes completely, sits good in pocket, and even wirelessly charges without removing it from the case. For the price, I don’t mind having to remove the phone from the case when I want to put it on a car stand.

Case is fine, but after reading the reviews about people not being able to hear when the case was, on I took the gamble any way. Dit didn’t work out, I have to take my phone out of case every phone call. But considering I’m 90%text and 5% Bluetooth it doesn’t effect me too bad. But regular phone calls with the case people on other end think your muffled. So buyer beware if you use you phone to make call a lot. Not kidding this is my 10th wallet case and I’m still search for mr right,

Very guestionable material , which I don’t think is leather. Merchants shouldn’t describe items as “made with leather” unless it’s actually made from cowhide & not pleather! Sorry but that’s false advertising & I’m sic of it. Other than that, the case is neat, holds 3 bk cards, my ID & my buspass well and sometimes a $ or 3. And still closes! Rating would have been 5!

Great, old one was better then the one they have currently for the 11 pro max.

Received today in black. Nice leather, i like the camera cut out. The price is very good. But I would rather the phone holder itself were the softer rubber and went all the way around the phone. Was this to keep the cost down? The top and bottom of the phone is exposed so if you dropped it with the case open i dont see much protection there. Also, the hard plastic type that I’ve had in the past always break or crack in the corner. The magnet seems strong, but the thread stitches on it have left deep indents, almost cuts, in the leather on the front of the case where the strap/magnet sits. And thats the first day, i hope it doesn’t peel and get worse later. So, even though the leather part feels and looks really nice I won’t buy another one of these cases.Update: it’s been 30 days and this case is much nicer than I originally thought. I did drop my phone once while talking on it so it was open and landed face down with no damage to the phone. Only the screen protector was chipped. Also fell with the case closed. The magnet is strong and it stayed shut. My voice is not muffled on calls, and the leather has stayed soft and is still shiny. The corners are scuffed, but that’s normal from being in a purse and being a soft natural leather. In general am pleased and will reorder!

I have only had this case for about a month. So far it’s holding up great. I have 3 cards, some cash, a couple business cards and, some coupons in it and it still magnets shut just fine.

I received two emails for a follow up to check about the product and some labeling issues they may have had which made me want to write this review (I apologize I should have written this earlier). The packaging was labeled correctly on the package I received and I am very happy with the purchase. You receive a case and screen protector sheet for such an incredible price! Love it!!
