Baskin Robbins Vanilla Ice Cream, 500 ml

The ice cream in the bottle tastes completely different from the ice cream you buy directly from the shop. I wasn’t expecting that, because the standard of quality should be the same everywhere. This one, however, had very little vanilla flavor, and the texture was unusually hard—so solid that it became difficult to scoop, possibly due to more water than cream.The milk also had a strong, unpleasant aftertaste—similar to a sour or farm-like dairy smell. I believe this wasn’t due to the product’s expiry date, but rather the poor quality of milk used in its production.I contacted the production company to complain about the flavor and the change in quality. They seemed to already be aware of the issues, yet they blamed it on a storage problem rather than the product itself. I'm not convinced by their response, it’s clearly an issue with the milk flavor, not how it was stored. They said they would investigate and get back to me, but they never followed up. And how can they investigate without even taking the product back to examine the taste and quality!
