29I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience with Zagg’s liquid screen protector. Despite having tried similar products from various wireless shops in the past without issue, this was the first time my phone suffered a crack after a simple drop from the height of a couch. What makes this situation worse is Zagg’s failure to honor their advertised warranty giving me excuses despite my proof of purchase. The drop, minor and exactly the kind of incident the product claims to protect against, resulted not only in a cracked screen but also in deep scratches, undermining the very reason I chose to invest in what I believed to be a premium product.The response from Zagg’s customer service only added to my frustration. Far from the supportive and solution-oriented approach I expected, their response was lackluster, leaving me feeling neglected and undervalued. It’s unsettling to see a product fail so completely at its primary function, coupled with a company’s reluctance to stand by its guarantee.Given these circumstances, I cannot in good conscience recommend Zagg’s screen protector. It fails to live up to its fundamental promises, lacking both in the protection it is supposed to offer and in the customer service needed to address such failures. My advice is to save your money and look for a product that not only meets but exceeds its claims.

I have a Galaxy S23 Ultra. The S23 has a very large curved screen. Due to the curved screen, I wasn't able to find a screen protector that worked on the S23 until I purchased the ZAGG Liquid Defender +. I received the Liquid ZAGG on March 9th. I installed the liquid ZAGG the day I received it. The directions by ZAGG were, extremely easy to follow. The day after I installed the Liquid Defender I was out shopping and dropped my phone face down on the parking lot pavement. I was like, Oh My God, I hope this liquid ZAGG works. I picked up my phone and immediately checked the screen. To my surprise, the screen did not break or crack. After I cleaned off the dirt, I examined the phone much closer to see if the screen chipped. The screen did not have any scratches, chips, or nicks. I was extremely happy.I was apprehensive about buying the liquid ZAGG because I didn't think it would work but it did. Before buying the Liquid Defender, I purchased 2 other screen protectors that did not work. Because of the curved screen, the other screen protectors didn't adhere to the curved screen. One of the screen protectors I purchased, was a plastic film that was placed on the phone screen. Then I was required to place the phone in a lighted box and the light inside the box made the film adhere to the screen. It worked for about 4 months, but moisture makes the film peel. The 2nd screen protector (2 in the box) 1st one cracked in 2 places when I dropped my phone face down. 2nd one also cracked when I installed it.My advice is don't waste your time on the cheaper screen protectors. Buy ZAGG, it's a great product plus they provide up to $250 towards the repair of your screen if it breaks or cracks..I'm so glad I finally found a product that works.

The product didn't work at all and my screen got several scratches and eventually cracked. Never had this issue with other brands I've used before. I got the run around when I wanted to file a claim and they did everything to avoid paying for the repairs.

Smeary not like last time I used invisible shield. Won't buy this brand again

This is supposed to be a liquid, it came dry in a wet wipe pack. Buy a real screen protector.

This product does not prevent scratches. I filed a claim and it is covered.

This provides no protection at all, it is only a sneaky insurance policy thatmay pay out only in the case of screen breakage. Think about it, how is an alcohol-based liquit that evaporates off your phone going to provide any protection against breaking? It doesn't, they are just counting on most people who give them money "not breaking" their screen. Look at the fine print and see if scratches are included....I don;t think so.

So easy to apply on my iPhone 14 , it’s new technology. Nano liquid. Wipe on , let dry. Buff. Screen looks amazing. I hate when the touch feel is lost. This makes it more sensitive. Comes with $250 guarantee. Zagg makes great stuff
