I am a senior citizen who doesn’t need to make a full size meat loaf, which leaves my husband and me with left overs to eat for days on end. One pound of meat divides perfectly into two pans. We split one loaf for an old fashioned meat and potatoes dinner and split the second one for sandwiches to have within the next few days. Nifty for portion control. Pleasingly small for handling and clean up.

These are really nicely made. They are great for small loaves of quick bread. The ceramic gives a nice crust and they clean up really easily. I have washed them by hand and in the dishwasher and no sticky residue remains from cooking spray on them.

Just what I was looking for. My zucchini bread turned out perfect just the right portion size!

These mini loaf pans are nice enough, but the dimensions in the listing are the OVERALL size - including handles and thick side rims. I mean, does anyone's recipe care about the OUTSIDE DIMENSIONS of their cookware? I think not. The cavity dimensions are the critical info here, and the listing gives you no clue. I know what size cavity I need to split my zucchini loaf recipe between 4 pans. And these are not big enough. So they're going back, and one star off for misleading information.

I love these pans, the perfect mini loaf pan! I was looking for something that would replace all my metal pans and these are the perfect replacement.

I have a solar oven that doesn't fit many reusable dishes, and these were the just right size. They each fit a 2-egg frittata perfectly and they are very easy to clean. I love them!

Perfect for my use

I wanted to make mini tea breads and these work very well. I love the color red I chose to match my other baking dishes. They clean up well also. Great banana bread!
