Bought a new divan base and mattress but was still very uncomfortable. Having spent a considerable amount of money already, I thought I would try this topper. It isn't too expensive and I hoped it would work. I found it difficult to move by myself (super king size) as it was surprisingly heavy and didn't really bend. Also, the smell was very off putting! However, I finally got it onto the bed, sprayed it with febreeze and put an old, thin mattress topper over it and covered it with a fitted, deep sided sheet! I noticed the difference immediately! I was able to lay in any position comfortably and without feeling any pressure on my joints! The smell was still there but not so bad I couldn't sleep. The longer I have this item, the more I like it! Unfortunately I am not able to flip it over, I can only swivel it around on the bed but it is still proving comfortable.
