best hand cleaner for mechanics work ever. period.
In this time of life-or-death relentless handwashing, I keep forgetting to review my favorite hand soap, and all-around degreaser, ever. All my life, I've been a fixer of things. Many of them -- bikes, cars, motorcycles -- mucho greasy dirty in parts. Orange Go-Jo sorts of soaps have been my go-to choice for a long time. But, dissatisfied with their imperfection -- hard on skin when used a lot in a day, only 95-99% removal of the nastiest mechanics sort of black greasy dirt shmootz on hands -- I went googling a year ago, and found this stuff. Key points; o- 100% removal of the nastiest mechanics sort of grease. I mean EVERYTHING. Takes hands from black greasy dirty to just-bathed baby's butt. Quickly and easily. o- Incredibly kind and moisturizing to skin. Think Dove Beauty Bar or even better products. o- For CV19 virus-killing, the unparalleled de-greasing makes me feel extra secure, since it is that feature of soaps that removes the virus's outer lipid shell and renders it moot. Here in The Time of Corona, washing my hands a couple of dozen times a day, has put that latter point to the test. Result: hands soft and moist, skin happy. $25 price may seem a bit high, but my initial 64 oz jug is only now almost gone, after a bit over a year of daily use. Only a small squirt, about 1/2T, is needed for each hand cleaning. Squirt a little bit out, rub hands together, add some warm water to get it all lathered up, scrub-a-dub, rinse. Result: happy happy clean hands. ps -- bonus: best product I've ever found for cleaning up dirty white plastics, oft encountered in the life of a computer and other techtoys fixer-upper. Same re: nasty grease marks on bicycle frames. pps -- I just saw that there is a new variant, an "Ultra" version of this, with even MORE cleaning power. Yow. Can't imagine, but must order and try. https://www.amazon.com/Grip-Clean-Waterless-Mechanic-Removing/dp/B08173SK4Y/

That it works
My husband works with a lot of different chemicals and oil. He loves using this because it helps his hands get clean and take off all the stuff you can't take off with regular soap and water. I'm glad it doesn't smell either. There was no leakage but it was broken upon arrival.

That's it, I am suing this company!
First let me state that I been working on my own vehicles my whole life along with all other manner of DYI projects where I get my hands really dirty and oily. Having a family however can diminish this over time however. I bought this "soap" a couple of weeks ago and when I first tried it I simply could not believe it. For the first time ever my hands were completely grime free, were not dried out, and felt the cleanest I have ever felt my hands! So much so that I have been feverishly working on everything and anything I can around the house so I could get my hands dirty. All so I can finally defeat this hand cleaner once and for all. I have had no success in this endeavor however. My family rarely sees me any longer since I am outdoors creating all manner of evil experiments to conquer this cleaner. I have not been able to do it. Additionally, every time I use "Grip Clean" I develop a mad thirst for frozen fruit with some vodka. It's the smell of this soap I believe. I never thought I would state this about a "soap" or cleaner but this stuff is damn addictive! My family life is in ruins now since I am MIA from my family and my insatiable cravings for vodka infused frozen fruit has left me with a grocery bill that will land me in divorce court soon. I have no recourse at this time than to hold this company responsible for bringing me to this. I can not stop using this cleaner or stop looking for projects to work on simply to get my hands as dirty and grimy as possible so I can have an excuse to wash with this. Thanks Grip Clean for this simply superb product but please put a damn warning on your labels about the addictive nature of your product. My life will never be the same now. P.S. How do I get this stuff by the gallon?

Amazing product- Takes anything off your hands
Over the weekend I was using some spray foam to seal some crevices in my attic. Unfortunately I got a lot on my hands. The dried foam on my hands were so sticky and were impossible to get off. I used nail polish, alcohol, petroleum jelly, goo gone, scrubber, nothing at all worked. Nothing! When this product arrived I used it right away. Took that dried stuff right off my hands. And it left my hands soft. Amazing stuff!

Works very well for me, a car/motorcycle hobbyist.
This stuff sure works for me. I am an old car and motorcycle enthusiast. I do ALL my own maintenance and repairs ---big repairs sometimes. I've used Orange cleaner with pumice. It's been good, BUT I found this is MUCH more effective. I was skeptical of "dirt infused", but no longer. The hardest grime to clean off hands is the grime that becomes embedded after repeated hand washings. You know...you get grimy,, clean, get grimy again, clean, repeat. Each time the grime becomes more firmly part of your skin. I should wear gloves more often but I just like the feel for the work when I use my bare hands. I pay for it when it comes time to clean my hands. THIS STUFF WORKS REGARDLESS. I was surprised. Anyway, you can see I'm sold on it. Rather expensive, but you get what you pay for in this case. I've had no problem with it being too thick to pump or clogging my sink, as a few reviews have indicated. I will note that if you do not rinse it off very well, it leaves some kind of residue. It feels a bit like hand lotion left on your hands, which sounds like a good thing, but I found it a bit too potent smelling if, say, you are going to work on food preparation. So, rinse well!
