We joke that my 10 year old had a Granny Christmas list this year, because her two requests were a weighted blanket and this towel warmer for her bathroom. It does the job perfectly. She puts her towel and pajamas in while she's in the shower and they are perfectly warm when she finishes. Very easy to use - she operates it herself. Definitely make sure you have somewhere in your bathroom to put it before you order. Our outlets are a little awkward for proximity to the shower, so she does have to move it when it's not in use. Seems to be a great quality, and she is so excited to be warm this winter!

So my daughter is a teeny tiny 2 year old and she gets cold after bath time so I get this to warm the towel and her pajamas. It works perfectly, heats evenly, and has changed the game for my daughter’s bed time. All you have to do is throw the towels in and push the button, so easy and fast.

Got this for fiancée for Christmas and she absolutely loves it. Used it for every shower for past year. It’s good construction, we have a small bathroom so doesn’t fit great in it but in larger bathroom would be perfect. But even if bathroom is small it kinda gets in way but for how much she loves it I still have to recommend

Heats the towels perfectly, auto shut off is a great safety feature for elderly who love a warm towel after a shower! This was a gift but now I want one too. Love it.

I bought this towel warmer January 2025 so not quite a year old and just bought another to give as a Christmas gift. Today my towel warmer will not turn on. Have tried a different outlet and still Will not turn on I love this towel warmer, but now what do I do. Do not want to leave a one star review as I loved it until today

About two months after we purchased this product the automatic shutoff feature stopped working. The product comes with a card on who to contact for warranty / problems. It's a company called SAMEAT. In fact you can find this exact same product on amazon from that company (https://a.co/d/d1dOhcK). When I contacted them (SAMEAT) they were great at first - yep, that's an issue, send us your info and we'll refund you. Upon doing that it immediately changed to - oh that's a different company (FLYHIT), you'll have to contact them. I found that harder, but figured out how to through Amazon and their response was the product was working as it was supposed to work. Look at the two products, click on the seller info and you'll see the companies have identical (one # off) addresses in China. Upon further emails to "both" companies, the story became they are a 3rd party retailer they coordinate with or some such, sorry for all the confusion, blah, blah, blah. I ended up telling them off, as this was an obvious ploy to try and avoid warranties, and FLYHIT finally agreed to refund me as well. I'd be curious if you bought the SAMEAT "version" if they shipped a contact FLYHIT letter with their product. Either way, some shady business dealings going on here. So be warned. Other than the auto shutoff issue, I have enjoyed the towel warmer. Put the towel in a bit early so it's warm enough, and enjoy a warm towel after showers.
