The absolutely perfect rosin
I literally don’t know if there are any cons, it’s just perfect for Evah Pirazzi green with not an expensive bow.Cons:• Price• Bright sound• Almost no dust flying from a good rosined bow• The quality and the whole package• Has a small bag to keep it fresher and a cloth that keep your hands clean• It’s just aesthetic)Absolutely love it

Great rosin
After growing to detest my old rosin, I decided it was time to kick it to the curb. A friend told me about this rosin and said she really liked it. I can’t believe the difference. Almost no squeaking, good grip, nice tone, and very little dust left on the instrument. You won’t regret this purchase.

Excellent rosin!
Absolutely thrilled with this rosin and the customer service provided by this company. The first rosin I order arrived in pieces thanks to the US Postal Service so I had to send it back. When the return was noted, the company reached out to me instantly to see if they go do anything do "make it right". Clearly, it was not their fault but their attention to customer satisfaction is outstanding. I love this rosin! It has really helped me with better bow control. My cello teacher suggested it and now everyone in our music studio is using it and are very happy with it.

Let me tell you a tale!
PROS:I could tell you in a normal way that this rosin reduced my scratchiness a lot, and made my playing smoother, that I rubbed the surface with a nail file to make it easier to get on the bow, or that the rosin and cloth it's wrapped in as well as it's pouch are very nice...... however.....Let me tell you a tale, long, long ago..... about yesterday, I was using the student quality rosin that came with my violin. In preparation for the coming of my new rosin, I cleaned my bow hair by loosening it a bit and brushing it with a soft bristle toothbrush, er.... I mean I steeled myself for combat! Today from the sky came the orange stone of resonance, (this Bernardel Rosin!) upon rosining my bow to prepare for the battle I noticed it's otherworldly quality, then I tested my newfound blade! My scratchy sounds from my rusty old sword (student rosin) were no more, and now I am ready to practice once again, all in order to....(Learn to play the violin well!) FORGE AHEAD TO THE HALLOWED HALLS OF VALHALLA!CONS: My violin case's storage spot with the little door is too small with it in the pouch, so I put it under my violin neck. Although it fits if I fold the pouch. I don't know if this will cause creases in the pouch or not, but that's just a thing that I would rather avoid personally because the pouch looks nice although they could probably save money and make it slightly cheaper if the pouch was smaller as it would require less materials. I don't believe this is enough to remove a star though.

Better Than Most but leaves Dust
Okay. Wife liked it for her violins but said it was not much better than her cheaper ones. She liked the color. Said it left residue dust on the violin body that needed a good wiping to clean. She thinks it improved her tone but not a lot. She will continue to use it but won't buy again as the cheaper older ones she has, work good too. Saves her money to get more strings and bows. She is Asian and is an intermediate to advanced player. Owns several quality violins etc. Ciao etc. Reads music, played in choirs and has 25 years experience. Rosin is a small item but every little bit helps your playing. Go practice ...

Nice packaging, grippy
I'm relatively new to the violin, but so far this is my third try at rosin. The first was a "light" cake and very hard. I had to re-apply after every practice. The second was a dark rosin. When I opened it, the rosin surface was very pitted and the rosin would flake off the cake in shards It must have been old. I should have returned it I suppose. This one was a big improvement. It is easy to use and applies smoothly and evenly. It does last longer on the bow than the first one. It doesn't create excessive dust. It is grippier than either of the first two. That will take a bit of getting used to, but I think I'll like it. Not only does it come attached to a microfiber cloth to make it easy to hold and wrap, it has a dark blue "velvet" pouch that is very pretty and adds another layer of cushion and protection.
