This is a really nice RC STEM robot. Instructions for most part were very good. Experienced 8yr old lego builder was really challenged. For our kit, some modifications were needed. One of the eye socket rims was not properly made. (round peg in splined hole) The power plug would not fit between connection parts surrounding the area. Knobs on the plug had to be sanded off to allow connection to power brick socket. Very fast with included remote . Better control with the App. Overall a really fun robot.

Son loved building it and playing with it. We were actually missing 2 small pieces so I contacted customer service for the company and they were great. They immediately had us verify the model and pieces and shipped them out to us. Great toy!

My grandson had fun putting this together. He is a lego expert.

We got this for our daughter for Christmas (well it was semi for her daddy as well). She is 4 and completely obsessed with Wall-E which we have sadly found it is very hard to find toys for. This little guy looks like Wall-E and is motorized which she thinks is the coolest thing ever. The couple hours it took her daddy to assemble it were interesting as she kept bugging him and he said some of the directions were a bit wonky but he eventually got it together and they had fun playing for a bit with it. Sadly it is a little fragile if you crash it into things (honestly to be expected it is just a lego essentially) Plus we were fully aware we bought it for a kiddo that is below the age recommendation but we don't let her have it without supervision. The remote control functions as it should and the robot has alot of git up and go to it. When you push the forward button it goes way faster than expected. If you have a robot obsessed kiddo like us I think its a worth while investment but if you get it for a little make sure you supervise at all times.

This is not an official "Lego" toy but it's fully compatible with Lego. I wanted to get a nice motorized Technic Lego set for my son for Christmas, but they either don't make them anymore, or were all sold out if they do. I came across this and was hesitant knowing how awful off-brand Lego toys were when I experienced them as a kid, but I figured with that many reviews, they couldn't be wrong. These are as close to Lego quality as I could imagine, without having the official Lego stamp. The battery and receiver is one unit, as opposed to some other solutions that I have seen where it's two. Also, it is a small lithium battery, so it's less than half the size of the 6 AA cell units. The tradeoff is battery life: Well worth it! When assembled as Wall-E, it is tricky to get the charger in. It's super easy to turn on and off, though, as long as you use the included screwdriver! My 9 year old son can't turn it on or off with his skinny finger, so I wouldn't stand a chance without the screwdriver. I expect my son to enjoy Wall-E maybe a week or two, then we'll tear it apart and either build a tank, another one of the included designs, or freestyle something else. I'm seriously considering picking up another one just because of the high quality of the motors, battery, and controller; I paid $30 for just two motors (and the other bits) that use AA batteries and this just makes building that much easier due to its compact size. As a kid, I used to ask for Lego and I said if it's not Lego, don't bother! Now, I wish Lego could compete with the aftermarket. The only thing that I could find direct from Lego that's similar is a discontinued bulldozer that costs as much as a PS5. That's insanity to me, just for molded plastic. What happened to all of their motorized RC kits? I'm glad we have choices like this!

My Grandson loved it

We bought this for our grandson for Christmas. He is six and needed help making sure the parts clicked in properly but he was able to follow the directions and find the pieces easily. The direction book is colorful and explains each step very nicely. We are already looking at other Sillbird products.

This appears to be a first rate STEM educational robot "toy". I only hope that my grandson is as impressed as I am with this product.

This stem toy was fantastic. Easy to build and fun to ply with. the remote was bit of a challenge at first but once you get used to it it was good to go. I had problem with one of the pieces and wrote the company. they replied within a couple of days and the piece was shipped to me within a week. Overall a great little toy I was nervous bout the pp as it was all in Chinese but it is not required to enjoy the toy
