Good carving plate
The size of the plate is generous and sturdy not too thin. The gulley around the edge is a good idea to catch oils or fat residue from what you are likely to be carving. Sufficient spikes to hold a large joint of meat. The price is favourable.

Carving dish.
Its a stainless steel carving dish. Dont come much simpler or more effective than that. Very pleased.

Excellent product. Good value. Very easy to clean. Do like the protectors on the spikes.

Useful covers provided for spikes and holds joints still. Washes well. Unfortunately the surface does gets scratched from the carving knife but I think this would happen whatever the surface
