a good strong raspberry taste, which you dont always get in powders. I've used it for yoghurts, chocolate making and baking and its great and has a lovely vibrant colour. Its a really good price for what you get, my daughter has taken to adding it in her morning porridge/yoghurts to add extra flavour.

Bright, tart, raspberry flavour
Tasted great, fine enough to dust over things (I used it for dusting over cocktails). Only wish they did smaller packs for what I needed.

Better as a tea
This was delivered very quickly without using amazon prime. The dried powder to me I could only taste the raspberries as a tea, which was lovely. I couldn't taste In a smoothie .
