The Trader Joe’s bran is very salty is this the same?

Nope! I actually add a bit of salt to this. I prefer the Trader Joe’s because it seems more flavorful.

Unfortunately, no. We have two different blends but both contain some sea salt.

Is it processed with items that contain gluten?

The spice is gluten free. Whether other items bin the factory are gluten free I wouldn’t know.
