This was my first time ever buying a mattress in a box. In fact, I was expecting a giant mattress sized box similar to what TVs come in. I was surprised when it showed up and the mattress was rolled up in a smaller box.I had read other reviews about this mattress and those ratings and reviews led me to buy this. They all mentioned to be careful when slow when opening it as it might pop out. I heeded that advice and am glad I did. Please be careful and slow to avoid it unrolling and popping out.Once it was unrolled, directions were super easy to follow. Just it breathe for 8-72 hours (the longer the better) and you can sleep.This mattress is incredibly comfortable and supportive. It's not too soft or firm. I don't feel like I'm sinking and sleeping on quicksand on it but also doesn't feel like I'm sleeping on the pavement. This mattress is the perfect balance and I cannot believe I got it on Amazon for such a low price. I definitely will be getting another when the time comes for a new one!

I used the reviews to help me. Purchase is bad and I am so glad that I did because it has not disappointed. I love it so much, in fact, I love it so much that is hard to get out of bed in the morning. I am petite (5’2, 150 lbs) but my boyfriend is 6 feet200 pounds and we both sleep so comfortably in this bed. No lumps no bumps. It’s firm enough for the both of us but he can get out of bed or I can get out of bed without disturbing the other person. It’s beautiful it’s soft yet firm and it’s a great price. I definitely feel like I won when I purchased this. I don’t normally leave reviews, but given the usefulness of the reviews for me, I knew that I had to pay it forward, and share my reviews with others who might be looking. Please buy this. You will not be disappointed.

It's a cheap way to make an extra bedroom, way better than an air mattress. Sleeps really nice, I was surprised.

At first I liked it but once we let it air for 48hrs we laid on it and it’s very soft. Uncomfortable for 2 people I tried returning it it won’t let me because I need to put it in the original packaging. How though ? lol it might be good for little kids

This looks firm but is NOT at all. Annoying to return and have no way to do it... I based my buy off reviews and not sure how they got a high review. It is way too mushy.

We bought this mattress for our guest room. Our guests have slept on it & told us how comfortable it is and what a great, restful night’s sleep they got. Very reasonably priced; perfect purchase for our guest room.

I got this mattress because I was shocked at the in store prices for a hybrid mattress. Online was better but figured at this price I could try it and see how it goes for a few years.It arrived like all the other mattresses in a box, put it in the bedroom, unrolled the wrap, then cut the bag. They never tell you how much vacuum there is, but it almost sucked my hand in opening up so it is dramatic. Springs were immediately ready. After 10 minutes, the foam started to appear and was mostly there after 3-4hrs. Left it for 48hrs and it was at 12" as expected with 3In of memory foam.Overall the feel is very comfortable and medium firmness. If you find an equivalent hybrid (3" foam, 9" coil) in the stores it will feel like that one but much cheaper price. There was a little smell for a few hours after opening it, but turned the fan on and left it now no problems. I doubt there is much difference in the brands at this price so I would recommend this one or similar if one is 50 bucks cheaper.

Bought wo mattresses, but only one arrived, and it was delayed. Vendor showed both mattresses were in stock. Once received it was not as comfortable as expected. You can feel the springs creating pressure points. We were charged for both mattresses but had to wait for our refund until the second mattress was confirmed to be out of stock. We ended up buying a Novilla mattress for around the same price. It was delivered quickly, and we discovered the Novilla was more comfortable than our $800 Serta.If you want an inexpensive mattress that is very comfortable, go with a Novilla.
