Great connector

Terrible product. Supposedly “premium.” Definitely expensive. Threads dont thread. Pure crap.

I have bought many Gardena products and all have worked as expected. This item however will twist onto my faucet. The threads are not cut right so it won’t go on. I have tried contacting the seller and received absolutely no response. Don’t recommend.

I've used Gardena connectors for many years. However, I have noticed that their small diameter significantly reduces water flow. That means that it takes a LOT longer to water the space than it would have taken if I had used a 5/8-inch connector. Fortunately, the latter are available, and I am switching. Also, the Gardena connectors work loose as the hoses are moved, creating a LOT of leakage. My recollection is that 40 years ago, the Gardena products were really great. Quality has hugely deteriorated over the years, and I can understand why most stores have dropped their line.

Super product. Doet wat het moet doen en is veel steviger dan zijn plastic kleine broertje. Stevige hechring met rubberen O-ring.

Bombproof quality and will last forever. I had to an extra rubber washer to make a seal on the very short thread of my garden tap
