Sturdy and inexpensive
I buy these bowls frequently, not for baking anything, but i feed the badgers that live in the woods by my house, and this bowl is a perfect size for a box of dry food. Unfortunately, they steal said bowl and take it back to their sett on a weekly basis, so i buy these often. They are sturdy, light enough for a badger to skip down my drive with in its mouth, and priced low enough it doesn't break the bank buying two a week :)

A simple and cheap purchase - if you ignore massive labels with unremovable sticky residue.
Great little bowl, though I prefer glass because of the leach of chemicals I suspect is possible - after all, there is no reassurance on its safety - though it will; be 'food grade' that doesn't necessarily mean it's free of ANY toxic chemicals or stable when hot. Anyhow, beef over, the issue I have is the HUGE 6x5" label attached, which is impossible to remove unless you have a few hours to spare going back to it over and over to get one little piece off. Tried heat - it still left the glue intact. What about being eco-friendly? Does no multinational care for anything but profit so it can pay huge bonuses to CEO's and shareholders? Why not spend some of it on sourcing less harmful labels/packaging/items?
