Handles look very stylish and are very practical for our office. Had trouble assembling one of the 2 purchased, but Customer Service stepped up and got back to us within a few hours and were able to resolve our problem! Kudos to them!

Instructions, on paper and in videos, were not complete enough to enable a non-professional to install this latch. Lever was hard-configured to only turn 45d turn whereas it required a 90d turn to completely open/close the lock and to move the label.

These are perfect for my commercial property. Quick shipping and easy to install

If you pull the door shut it works fine, but if someone turns the handle when shutting the door it will lock. You can see it in the product video, when the handle is turned the oppupancy indicator turns as well. When the person in the video shuts the door they pull it closed they don't turn the handle and pull it closed then release handle. If you close the door by the second method it will lock itself. You need to attached a flat head screw driver near door to enable it to be easily opened once door "locks" everyone out.
