Amazon purposely designed the customer service hardest to reach, after atruggling a few times when they did call me back, they said go to HP store if they cant help we willHP said we cant, i went to local.marlet to fix the faulty keyboard spent 3000 rs to get it fixed still not 100% fixedThe laptop is ok, not bad not great Amazon customer support os worst...restricting my puracheses from here FK atleast is more helpful

Perfomance good but some scratches in outer and back

Its auto typing and lagging tooo much
The media could not be loaded. I have ordered a refurbished laptop through Amazon on 10th oct and now its hanging too much and keybord is automatically typing.. So i want to replace it or refund

Damage and performance and some software issue
It is very expensive and its performance is also not that good. Damage product, Looks good but performance is not good.

Very poor condition
The media could not be loaded. I think rhis is wrost product. They are showing the details like a pro laptop. But it was around 10k amount laptop. I face these problems in this items1. FINGER PRINT NOT WORKING2. SIM SLOP NOT OPENING3. Scratches on both sides4. DAMAGED CHARGER DELIVERED5. Dustes in all ports6. MOUSEPAD NOT RESPONDING IN SOMETIMES7. SOUND QUALITY VERY POOR
