Good cheap costume hat. Not very well detailed but perfect for stag parties etc

Utter Rubbish.
This really is c**p of the highest order. I realise this is just a fun item and i didn't expect anything special, but this is twice the price of similar "fun" items I have bought elsewhere, so I expected at least a pretence of quality. In fact it is utter rubbish - the sort of thing a primary school pupil would have knocked out in an afternoon. Made entirely from fragile cardboard, it makes no effort to actually fit any human's head. If it survives the first hour of my party I will be amazed.
