Product installation and quality
Praveen came for the installation of the hob and he is extremely knowledgeable. Did a clean job and explained everything in detail. Update: The quality of the burner is not good. Paint started chipping off just 1 month of usage.

Elica Hob and their service is very good
Received the hob today. Appears very good. Installation also done today. The Trivandrum service manager Mr Harish and the rechnician Mr Roy were very helpful throughout. Mr Harish helped me to select the correct size and told me with all the details of Elica Hobs. Thanks to Amazone for the timely delivery.

worst customer service
This hob is a complete disappointment. It has constant issues, from the cup not working to repeated valve malfunctions. The product is unreliable and clearly poor in quality. The after-sales service is even worse. Customer support barely responds, and we have to call and email multiple times for every single issue. Getting help feels impossible. The most shocking part is that they demand payment even for issues that should be covered under warranty. And if you refuse, they threaten to ban you and deny future warranty support for parts like the glass and burner. This is unacceptable, unethical, and a terrible way to treat customers. I would never recommend this hob to anyone. Bad product, bad service, and an even worse customer experience.

Everything is good but I’m impressed with the support team
I have purchased this product on last year October and till now i didnt face any mazor issue. Recently i face some burner issue and i called to elica support. They came and fix it quickly. So i can say that everyone is go for it. Its a very good product and customer service is too good.
