I move around a lot. Is there any ideas out there what I can do to put them on the wall and take them out whenever?

I do that as well. I use Velcro strips and cut them to small squares for each corner and just reapply a new sticky piece for the other side to stick to a wall etc. when ready to reapply elsewhere

it does not come with a sticky side + I used a staple gun worked for me

Do these provide any thermal insulation too?

I would say no. It is a very breathable foam. I have it in my sound booth and it gets pretty hot in there but I also have 1/2 insulation board in there.

Are these waterproof? Could I use outdoor?

I don't recommend using outdoors.
