**Q: Can this be watered down as kimchi "juice" to make kimchi stew?**
A: Yes, it can be used for almost everything. Makes great Kimchee also.

**Q: Is this gluten free?**
A: I csn't say, only that it is the best!

**Q: Anyone use this as a broth base like the ramen noodle flavor packets?**
A: I use it as a hot sauce and also for a beef jerky marinade.  If you like a lil spice add like 2 TBSP to a ramen pack, it is salty af  tho,  the salt will overwhelm you before the spice does

**Q: basic kimchee recipe using momoya kimchee base ? ratio for a 15 oz. bottle**
A: I don't have a recipe that I follow (Surprise!), but I would say a bottle to 2 to 3 lbs of Napa would be good. I found that if you put the dried red Korean chili powder Amazon has also it make the stuff just super. I usually chop up some Bok Choy and Daikon to add to it. Good luck and Good Eating!
