ZIWI Venison Deer Half Shank – 2-in-1 Dog Bone Chew Treat Wrapped in Beef Esophagus - All Natural, Air-Dried

My dogs are on a raw diet so nutritional treats are a must !My dogs go bonkers for ziwi , they each have their favorites but they live literally everything we have tried so far ! This keeps them busy for hours ! An I love how it comes in a large size which is perfect for bigger breeds & also comes in a Half shank perfect for my Mini pup!!It’s a little expensive but I believe it is worth it for my fur babies !

This is a very solid purchase because the full shank is impressive. My dog loves it and it keeps him busy longer. I feel good knowing it's all natural, ethically sourced, and has no added junk. It promotes dental health, which is a big plus. Overall, happy with this long-lasting treat for my dog.

I've ordered the half size deer shanks before, I guess we've been lucky in receiving shanks of taller deer. I thought the last order was small, but this order is the smallest. I have never had any issues with this seller (I still don't) or their products, (my Golden loves them), however this half shank venison bone is unacceptably small. They are advertised to be approximately 5.9 inches in length, but this last shipment was 4-13/16" in length x 3/4" in dia. I haven't opened the shrink-wrap in hopes that I could have an exchange, but it seems that isn't possible, and I could not find the option to Contact them directly.

Girls love these so much that we have a subscription! However, every shipment varies in size. We buy two at a time. I’ve read others' reviews. I agree that some of the products seem smaller than the descriptions. I did measure; I should have posted. The products varied by a few millimeters. I will update you with my next order. We really like this brand, Ziwipeak, and we were excited about this product for our two Irish Labradors and our Rat Terrier. We looked that this is health bone was made directly from real animal joints. All of our dogs LOVE chewy treats, but all three chewed this treat into long shards within an hour, so we had to remove them from our subscription. We will continue to buy Ziwipeak products. They are made with carefully sourced natural ingredients.

I don't think safe for aggressive chewers. But ok for nibblers. I love all Ziwi products but not these. I have three dogs, one Husky and two Shiba Inus. They chewed these up fast and they splintered. Very sharp spikes. I had to take them away. I was sad about that. I was expecting them to be really good because they were from Ziwi. All their other food and treats are great!

Don't get me wrong my dogs love these bones. But being that they are so small it's a 3 " maybe? Not worth the $12 price tag. I also have very big dogs and it took about 5 minutes to finish them. The texture and smell were fine no problem the appearance like I said really small. My dogs do not get diarrhea after chewing on these.They seem to be a good quality good ingredients the appearance is good for the three inches of it .I would definitely get it again if it was maybe half price.
