Q: What is the " holder " ?

It doesnt wobble very much, they all do a little, but I personally like this ironing board and I hope you do too

Q: In the box picture it shows an iron holder for storage... Does it come with that?

The iron holder is just a flat heat proof flap you can set your iron on. It is attached to the bottom of the underneath part on the end of the board. It sure does come with it. I really like the adjustable height part of the ironing board. I am very glad I purchased it.

Q: How do you install the cord holder which is now solidly screwed on the platform?

The flexible cord holder is already attached to the to the ironing board platform. The long part of the flexible cord holder is hidden under platform. Just pull the flexible cord holder to the upright position to use. After usage one may return to original position to store. Note: The flexible cord holder attachment may be a little stiff to move.
