Great looking!
Great shower system. Great looking! Rain shower is nice but the wife prefers the shower wand. Was missing one knob, but they sent me one quickly. Would definitely buy again!

Double shower makes a great spa experience!
Everything has worked very well. I needed a new shower system and added PEX piping. I do wish that both rainforest head and handheld would work at the same time but I have 2 systems, so I can use both at the same time. I did reach out to customer support and did not get a response, so if I have to get a hold of them in the future, I hope the are better. I like all the different spray settings and that is why I picked this one. I am very pleased!

Shower
You will need to reinforce your connection with a sturdy block to prevent sagging. The weight of the bar and head are different than a typical shower spout. The shower was a delight! I hope to enjoy for years to come!

Wand not work
Wand works only when it wants to. More times not working. Of course, quits after returning option no longer an option. Thought the more shower head options were good, but only like 2 options. The others not as good.

Good look, great function
I love the ability to control the temperature and pressure separately. I can choose my temp, then reduce the flow while shaving, increase while rinsing hair, etc. The pressure at full-force is great. We even installed two of these in our shower (previously only had plumbing for one, plumber split off and installed pipes for the second) and have great pressure even with both on.Be careful to install the pieces perfectly level before tiling, though. Our plumber installed one of mine just a bit crooked and there's no way to straighten it after it's tiled.My hand-wand came in malfunctioning, spraying through the top. I emailed the manufacturer and they responded very quickly and mailed a new one quickly.Overall, very satisfied and happy with my purchase(s).

high quality half the price
install kit was awesome. came with casing that included level bubble and depth gauge so that flushing it up to my tile project came out perfect without the guess work. and protected it throughout
