It takes only about 20-40mins to put together, it comes with all the tools you need to put it together, easy to follow instructions, everything is labelled and I believe you should also be left with a few spare pieces of hardware too. It’s comfortable, the back support is also great. I recommend this chair if you’re looking for a good gaming chair for your gaming setup or office, i only wish the armrests had a bit more padding on it, but it not rly a make or break thing, still a great product.

Arrived with some parts missing. These were sent out to me by the company very quickly. But sadly the missing parts delivered were still missing parts so the chair is not fully built although it's usable,it's parts for the foot rest that are missing. Contacted the company,just waiting on reply.

I would say this chair is very reasonable on price however you will find yourself riddling around to get comfy if sat on it for a while. The foam in the chair could be a little bit more padded to make it comfier. The pillow needed to be more fixed as it moves when you sit forward. All in all if your after a budget set up then this chair would be the one for you.

Horrible chair. The arm rests constantly wobble after being built, loosen over time even after re-tightening and have dented permanently after a couple of months. The leg rest feels weak and unstable, not fit for use. The head rest is shorter than it should be and probably wouldn't support people above 6 foot. The pillow provided for your back is tiny and provides little to no support making it extremely uncomfortable to sit in unless you slouch with bad posture. The chair makes a squeaking sound whenever it spins. Have tried other gaming chairs at the same price and they are of higher quality and more comfortable. Don't waste your money. Unsure why this has good reviews.

Chair is good and easy to put together. Had a small issue and when reached out to the seller they resolved it promptly without fuss.Son likes it and says it’s comfortable

Flimsy - arms of the chair started bowing to the sides almost immediately, and required regular tightening. Just over 1 year after purchase, the base of the chair has completely broken, and I cannot lean back in the chair without having someone ready to help pull me out. I don't think this is what they meant by 'tiltability'.Was comfy and did the job for the 1 year it survived, though the back support never really worked and and the footrest is pretty pointless .
