i want to use this polystyrene for damp walls in my garage.What adhesive do you use?

There are plenty of glues specifically designed for polystyrene (just put polystyrene glue into Amazon search) but if you have big areas which you sound as if you have then a standard PVA is probably the best solution and relatively cheap. This does not dissolve the polystyrene

Is there a SDS to go with these or can amyone tell me the thermal conductivity of these?

As I understand it the thermal conductivity is zero, which is of course why I purchased them in the first place.

Is this product completely white in colour or does it have darker/ black speckles through it?

Had 24 sheets, 3 or 4 had black bits but only a few on 1 side.

how many of these panels would I need for an average detached house?

Cannot really help. I bought 12 sheets to insulate my concrete garage measuring 22ftX12.5ft and had 2 sheets left over. No idea what your house would need. Sorry!
