Although it protect the sun I put sunscreen under and then put sleeves on they are pretty good and comfortable when I play sports! Just don't forget to hand-wash only because I made a mistake of putting them in the washer and the strings came out but they are still good and easy to use!!

This is the second set I’ve bought. I work outside and garden a lot. I use these for and insect protection. They do a good job for what I use them for. They have a nice thickness while still letting air flow. They stay snug to the top of my arms without rolling up an sliding down like outs I have used

Good for what they are but do not hold up very long ...maybe 2 to 4 wears and wash

I use these to keep modest enough when going out running and racing. I've worn these for 5K's to half marathons, in the sun and in a drizzle, and they perform quite well. The thumb holes help keep your hands warm when it comes to those early morning fall/winter races while you're waiting for your wave to hit the start line. I also enjoy how I can roll them up or down to cool off a bit and they remain in place on my arms. The length goes from my wrist all the way up to just under cap sleeve, so it offers lots of coverage since women's sleeves are much shorter than men's shirts. They wash well, though they may shrink a bit (at least if you through them in the dryer), but they stretch and maintain good coverage all the same. Before and after washing, they remain comfortable to wear. Also, the ability to mix and match depending on your outfit is a nice bonus :-)

I purchased them to wear when I’m driving. They are useful but not meant to last long. After several use, the threads start to get loosened. It’s light weight and fits reasonably compared to some other ones I’ve purchased that were too tight. Still, after about 30-40 minutes of driving I get this intense desire to take them off. I’m not sure there is any cooling effect.

These are handy to put on and feel cool. Nice design that covers top of the hand too. Good protection.

They feel good when you're wearing them.They have great slip resistance.The only thing is I have really skinny arms and if it just right for that , so you have small arms , this is good for you

Not the same green as the picture, they got though, tight around the hands, also writing on the arm.

I bought these primarily to protect my arms while driving. I am very fair skinned and I am on medications that makes me so sun sensitive so I’m not even safe in the car. These sleeves protect my arms and don’t feel too restrictive or sweaty. I like that they have time holes to protect the tops of my hands and I think it probably helps keep them in place from rolling up at the wrists. They have a slight sheen to them. I would have preferred if they were matte but because they’re UPF I think that material just has that finish. I can’t validate that they’re really UPF 50, but I can te you I haven’t had a sunburn yet wearing them. So they’re offering some protection. I will likely use them for other activities like gardening, cycling and on the boat in the summer. These sleeves fit my arms but (ladies size M 8-10) but if I had the “huge arms” they mention in the enclosed information sheet than they might not fit. I think that could be worded more tastefully. While it made me chuckle initially, I think it could be pretty offensive to some.
